With slight elevation over the living room level this room has an extra large dining table which comfortably seats up to 12. It provides a great circulation of space for family dining and entertainment.

Large and well-equipped luxury kitchen with granite work tops, co-ordinating breakfasting bar and stainless steel appliances. All the usual appliances; large American style fridge freezer, twin electric ovens and electric hob, dishwasher and microwave.

Outside

Externally the property sits back within its vast grounds with a large driveway providing secure off street parking for multiple vehicles. To the side of the property there is a paved walkway and to the rear there is a magnificently landscaped garden with a feature lake, raised flower beds and ample seating for everyone. There is also a wooden climbing frame and play centre to keep the children occupied. The garden (and lake) is completely enclosed, making it safe for children.
